End-to-End HR Platform for Internal Employee Management
Designed a bilingual HR management platform tailored for internal company operations. The system covers employee profiles, attendance, leave requests, performance evaluations, and payroll overview.
My focus was on crafting the overall user experience and interface design, ensuring usability, seamless Arabic/English language switching, and collaborating with the development team to maintain design consistency and efficient hand-off using Figma.
The project aimed to simplify internal HR processes through a clean and intuitive interface that reduces friction for employees and administrators alike. Emphasis was placed on streamlining common tasks—such as submitting leave requests and tracking attendance—while ensuring the interface remained scalable for future HR modules. Throughout the project, I focused on aligning design decisions with business needs and user behavior patterns. Special attention was given to localization challenges, ensuring the system felt native in both Arabic and English, without compromising on clarity or flow. The result was a unified, user-friendly HR experience that enhanced operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
